Are the estimator's prices J & M's prices?
No. They are typical Miami-Dade market prices, used as a guide. J & M's own price comes after the free estimate.

Materials
Aluminum or iron?
Aluminum does not rust, weighs less and holds a powder-coated finish well, so it is the usual choice in South Florida. Iron is heavier and suits ornamental work. J & M builds in both.
Do you make glass railings?
Yes, with glass set in a metal frame and in all-glass styles, for balconies, terraces and stairs.
What does a pool fence need in Florida?
A barrier at least 4 feet tall, with gates that open outward away from the pool and are self-closing and self-latching. J & M builds pool fences and gates to those rules.
