How much does a spiral staircase cost?
It depends on the height, the diameter, the material and the railing. The estimator gives a range per floor based on typical Miami-Dade prices; the exact price comes after J & M measures.
Do you build the whole stair or just the railing?
Both. J & M builds complete stairs, with the stringers, steps and railing, and railings for existing stairs.
Can you build a curved stair?
Yes. Curved stairs are built for each space, so they are priced after a visit. Send photos and measurements on WhatsApp to start.
Does a new stair need a permit?
New stairs usually need a building permit and, depending on the design, engineering. Ask J & M during the estimate how that is handled for your project.
